If you're dissatisfied with your hemp CBD product for any reason, simply return the product within 30 days of your purchase in new or gently-used condition with all its original packing materials, accessories, and manuals to receive a complete refund. Contact us at email@example.com to receive a pre-paid, pre-addressed return label. You'll recieve a credit in the original form of payment once we recieve and verify the returned product is in new or gently-used condition.
If you are issued a refund, it typically takes the refund 5-10 business days to post to your account. If you were issued a refund and it has taken longer than 10 business days to post to your account, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll do our best to help!
